Okay, since many people were having issues with their players playing this file (first time I upped it). I went and reencoded the entire book. It now works fine on the new VLC, Media Player, WMP, WinAmp and, on all my cellphones.
After reencoding the file that I got, I also saw it jumped by nearly 40 Mbs in size and, I believe that the first file had some stuff out of sink.
So, fixed it and, now must go and shovel snow…storming like a snow globe being shook by a paint mixer out there…nasty stuff and, more to come.
Have a great evening and, if I can, will up more books threw the night since I am doing testing at work from home.
The first file was using USAC encoding. It's technically more efficient for audiobooks but has bad compatibility with a lot of programs. Both normal LE-AAC and USAC formats are available from Audible. USAC requires an extra toggle in Libation, and I'd recommend avoiding it. A regular TrueDecrypt is good enough and causes the least issues for most people.
